Client Account Manager – New Business Development Private Healthcare South Wales Competitive basic plus commission plus car allowance OTE £40,000 This is a tremendous opportunity for you if you are a self starter with demonstrable experience and a record of success from within B2B sales. You will be joining a target driven business within the private healthcare sector and you will be based in South Wales. Our client is committed to excellence and we are looking for you to work closely with the Director of Business Development; building robust long term professional relationships with external stakeholders (clients). You will have experience of working closely with your colleagues because the services you will be providing will be “bespoke” and individually tailored to suit the individual client’s needs. This is not an “off the shelf product” by any means. It will be important, therefore, to engage with your internal stakeholders to ensure that the best product is designed for the client. You will be required to conduct update meetings with clients to ensure that all elements of the product/s are working for them and review with your internal stakeholders if any elements of the service are failing so that you can manage and adjust these services. Your internal stakeholders will be from a different levels of management and include a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals, finance teams, marketing and administration teams. This is a customer facing role so it is essential that you articulate using the English language very well and that you are of smart appearance. A large amount of your time will be spent visiting and securing new business from corporate clients these clients will be from an array of business sectors so your opportunities for growth are limitless. As well as a bringing in new business you will be relied upon to maintain existing business by working closely with your clients and ensuring that the service they receive is first class as aforementioned. It goes without saying that you will be I.T. literate and you will be capable of utilizing research and strategic analysis skills to build a strong client pipeline. You will have developed superb networking and cold calling skills to secure face-face meetings. This role will require experience of developing and implementing workflows and processes that ensure high quality, timely delivery of services to clients. An interest in marketing is desirable and some experience as you will be developing marketing materials from brief, copywriting and creating. You will be comfortable when working to tight deadlines and be able to work well under pressure and to budget. This is a new role and you will be joining the business at a very exciting time.
