Telephone Sales/Business Development – outbound calls
Salary: Hourly rate of £8.00 plus very generous commission
Location: OTE realistically £40K in first year – 6-10 hours per week – Home Based
We are looking for an experienced outbound telesales person; ideally with a passion for developing long term relationships over the telephone with clients to join our highly professional team.
We are a specialist service provider within the healthcare/medical/pharmaceutical arenas and, due to expansion; we are looking for another member of our team.
It is essential that you are motivated by success and by earning money. If you have any recruitment experience this will be advantageous however what is essential is that you have a demonstrable track record of selling over the telephone; we are not looking for customer service agents or people who have experience of answering in bound telephone calls.
There is a lot of potential within this role to receive training and to ultimately move across to the recruitment team if that is what you desire, alternatively you may prefer to remain within Account Development and work alongside a dedicated Senior Consultant.
You will earn an extremely high percentage of commission based on success and this will be discussed at the interview.

This position will suit a person who articulates well using the English language and has worked within a professional setting performing telesales.
It is essential that you can work using Excel spreadsheets and that you possess good time management and organizational skills.
